Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for an account, or participating in any sim racing seasons, events, or tournaments hosted by Apexline Racing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the website or participate in our virtual esports events.

2. Driver Eligibility and Registration

To join the grid in our competitive seasons, drivers must meet the minimum technical requirements, including ownership of the designated simulator platform, required vehicles, and track content.

  • All drivers must race under their real names or established esports pseudonyms.
  • Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your racing credentials or league slots with another individual.
  • Apexline Racing reserves the right to deny entry to any driver whose connection stability, ping, or previous sportsmanship record does not meet our league safety standards.

3. Sporting Code and Conduct

Apexline Racing is dedicated to clean, competitive, and respectful virtual motorsport. All competitors are required to adhere strictly to our sporting code during official practice sessions, qualifying, and race events.

  • Intentional crashing, blocking, or retaliatory driving will result in immediate disqualification and potential permanent league bans.
  • Stewarding decisions made post-race or live during an event are final. Appeals may only be submitted through the official incident report channels following the mandatory cool-down period.
  • Respectful communication is mandatory in all voice channels, text chats, and forums. Harassment of other drivers, commentators, or league officials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property and Media Rights

By participating in Apexline Racing events, you grant the league the non-exclusive right to broadcast, record, and utilize your virtual likeness, car livery, and in-game name across our official streaming channels and media platforms. All league overlays, branding, telemetry graphics, and broadcast assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Apexline Racing.

5. Technical Failures and Liability

Sim racing relies heavily on internet connectivity and hardware performance. Apexline Racing is not responsible for individual driver disconnects, peripheral failures, or software crashes during an official session. While we strive to provide stable, high-tickrate server environments, league events will only be red-flagged or restarted in the event of a catastrophic server-side failure affecting the majority of the grid.

6. No Wagering Policy

Apexline Racing strictly prohibits the use of its platform, event telemetry, or official standings for real-money wagering, betting, odds-making, or any form of gambling. Our focus is entirely on competitive esports, driver skill, and the spirit of virtual motorsport.
